Dr. Rehva Jones is the Chief Operating Officer of Professional Management Consulting Services (PMCS) and a seasoned strategist with over 20 years of experience in operations, performance management, strategic planning, and organizational development across government, nonprofit, private, and educational sectors.
Prior to PMCS, Dr. Jones held senior leadership roles in local government, higher education, and national nonprofits. At Trinity Washington University, she served as Director of Business Programs and Department Chair, overseeing undergraduate and graduate business programs and leading the launch of online offerings. She spent nearly a decade at the District of Columbia’s Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE), where she led major initiatives in enrollment, residency, and performance management, earning the Morris & Gwendolyn Cafritz Award for Distinguished Government Service. She later served as Director of Data and Evaluation at America Achieves.
Dr. Jones holds a BS from Mercy College, an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, is a Certified Public Manager through George Washington University, and recently completed her doctorate in higher education administration at the University of Wyoming.
